This episode features Kimberley Wilson, a psychologist and author specialising in how to build a healthy brain, an area I firmly believe in when it comes to nutrition and brain health.

In the last four weeks we have all been thrown into an unfamiliar and daunting world. Therefore, it isn’t entirely surprising that two thirds of Britons are reporting that it is harder to stay positive about the future and over half of us find it a struggle to stay positive day-to-day.

In this episode we uncover why we may be struggling to cope with a mixture of emotions at present, what strategies we can implement to help and what foods may help support our brains.
