We all become caught up in our thoughts, and can feel trapped in. Meditation can feel overwhelming for many and out of grasp, but it shouldn’t be. 

Meditation has been part ancient history, increasing calmness and physical relaxation, and is now recognised a topic of modern science improving physical health such as blood pressure and irritable bowel syndrome as well as easing symptoms of anxiety and depression.

In this episode, Cornelius O'Shaughnessy,  experienced physical and emotional suffering for over 10 years. In 2007, on a trip to India, Cornelius had an awakening experience of how he was suffering with the thoughts in his mind. Cornelius shares his teachings and journey in this very powerful episode, on self-knowledge and knowing your own mind.
