Life doesn't always go to plan. Even when you think you’re sure what you want in life, you may have to dodge some curveballs.  When our paths change suddenly or we feel that we've lost our purpose, it can feel extremely destabilizing.

In today’s episode fitness trainer and author Bradley Simmonds revels his personal journey connected to mental health and exercise. Bradleys fitness journey began after an ACL injury cut short his footballing career at Queen’s Park Rangers. Still in a cast, he began studying for his PT qualifications and fast-forward several years, he’s now one of the capital’s go-to trainers, having worked with everyone from Louise Redknapp to Premier League footballers.
