Making sure Dan sets clear boundaries for his productivity and family life are his two key objectives. Dan has suffered with burnout to such an extent that he could not leave his bed for two weeks. And for many of us, we struggle with the ever-increasing demands of work, social life and home life which for some can become paralysing.
