Show Notes

In this week's episode of Live Well, Be Well. I speak to Dan Murray-Serter. Dan is an award-winning entrepreneur who has spoken openly about failure, mental health, mental performance and how we can cultivate a positive mindset and nutrition to optimise our brain health.

Making sure Dan sets clear boundaries for his productivity and family life are his two key objectives. Dan has suffered with burnout to such an extent that he could not leave his bed for two weeks. And for many of us, we struggle with the ever-increasing demands of work, social life and home life which for some can become paralysing.

Wealth isn't measured in your wallet. It is measured in your calendar. Because freedom is life's currency and good health is life's power.
