Science is full of people who disagree with one another . If we all thought exactly the same way, we could retire and call the status quo truth. But when theories have no scientific backing behind them, and when people start to fear food which has no scientific evidence, we have to challenge that. 

Following on from last weeks episode with Dr Izzy Smith, we help to clarify some of nutrition myths. Celery juice has been tipped to cure digestive and immune disorders, fluoride use has been linked to autism and the oral conceptive has been linked to an increase risk of breast cancer.
