Show Notes

There are a number of dimensions when it comes to positive mental health, one of which is resilience. Resilience is the process of being able to adapt well and bounce back quickly in times of stress.

Developing resilience can help you cope adaptively and bounce back after changes, challenges, setbacks, disappointments, and failures.

In this weeks episode I speak to Adelle Tracey, European finalist and world semi-finalist track athlete. Adelle understands how important it is to manage her own emotions surrounding resilience to develop thoughts, behaviors, and actions to recover from the high stress and pressure involved in competing at a world standard.
