Dr Federica Amati is a registered nutritionist with a PhD in clinical medicine research, who specialises in achieving optimal nutrition through evidence-based, personalised nutrition plans.
Federica works as a nutritional scientist and consultant for ZOE Nutrition. The ZOE app launched in the US and the ZOE covid study uses the technology in place that is now the largest live study with 4 million registered participants logging into the app. But there’s more on that later because today we explore what the gut microbiome is and how it links with an individual’s diet and metabolic health.
