Dr. Wood has worked with top athletes to improve their brain health, and he is currently an Assistant Professor of Paediatrics at the University of Washington. In this fascinating conversation, we will be discussing how you can test your own brain health and what you can do to prevent cognitive decline. We will also be talking about the impact of work, stress, and retirement on your brain, and how things like biohacking, sleep, and nutrition can all play a role in your cognitive health.
